——

You

May find

Comfort in

Waiting for the

Time

—–

You

Might find

Things will be

Alright and be

Fine

—–

What

Will you

Do when you

You are unstable

Fall

——

Will

You try

To remain

As a Yogi so

Calm

——

Or

Explode

In movement —

Lightening quick

Energy.

——

They’re

Choices

To act on

Decide your way

Fast

——

They’re

Choices

To think about

Life makes time so

Slow.

——

In

The end

There is you

Sliding falling

Alone

——

And

You may

Struggle with

Finding inside

Hope

——

In

The dark

It’s hard to

Find your way out

Look.

——

Shine

Light on

The problem

Dawn glows glimmer,

Hope.

——-

How

Is it

Easier

To leave unsaid

Words.

——-

Words

Whispered

Hide secrets

No one will know

Ever.

—–

Light

Reveals

Darkness hides

The horrible truth,

Grow.

—–

Be

Not in

The blackest

Places you find

Thrive.

—–

Be

In the

Sparkle seen

Glittering sky

Alive

—–

Crash

Through the

Walls that hold

You in place move,

Close.

—–

Fight

There is

No hiding

Thrive or snuff out

Light

    1. Funny thing. I missed that fifth line with four syllables. I added in a line and changed the poem around a bit. Thanks for telling me nicely lol. As for the staggered syllables not on purpose either. I guess my counting a off to but it sounds good atleast. Thanks for reading.

      1. It is a great piece and I thought you were doing it all on purpose. It’s funny about syllable counts, they are so easy to miss when you are in the zone with an idea. It’s always a pleasure to ready your work 🙂

      2. Hehe, of course you were. I perform on stage a lot and I never tell when I made a mistake because most people think it’s part of the show. So, the first rule is to go with it 🙂 Thanks, Mandi…I am happy you like my work 🙂
